This open, semi-urban beach stretches over 600 meters and is ideal for beginners, thanks to its gentle waves.

It is home to the famous La Kantera skatepark, one of the oldest and most iconic in Spain, which gives this coastal corner a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The sunsets and the local surf and skate vibe are well known. The area has hosted world skate championships, San Juan celebrations, markets, and concerts in its green spaces. The renovated summer beach bar on the sand near the coastal path is also a popular attraction—it connects the town’s beaches and forests all the way to Sopela.
