A small beach with fine whitish sand and pebbles situated in a hollow, tranquil and sheltered from the wind, it has a length of 300 meters. Its location is industrial, as the Arnao Mine’s headframe is located by the sea, and nearby is the village of Arnao, designated as an industrial historic site. It has lifeguard service, parking, restrooms, showers, and hospitality services.

Exposed to the winds from the northeast, south, and southeast, its waves are moderate to strong, allowing for good surfing conditions year-round. It has right and left waves, ideal for intermediate to advanced surfers, offering multiple solid and powerful peaks, with northwest swell. The best time to surf in Arnao is during the autumn and winter months when the waves tend to be larger and more consistent.
